2. On a baking sheet, we place a thick salt layer (approximately one finger).
3. We put a bay leaf and a slice of lemon under each gold, (reserve the rest of the lemon).
4. We cover the gold with a thick layer of salt, which should be well, we spray the salt with a little water, squeeze the rest of the lemon and put it in the oven.
5. Time depends on the oven and the size of the gold. We can normally remove them when salt begins to acquire a brown color. They are usually about 25 or 30 minutes.
6. Now comes the most cumbersome part. When already, we cover the tray with a clean kitchen cloth and hit the mortar mace or with a soup spoon until the scab is broken.
7. We carefully take the gold, we remove their heads, the thorns and serve.
