Ingredients to make gold in green sauce:

1. We prepare the ingredients for the elaboration of the gold in sauce. Green sauce can be prepared in several ways. In this case we opted for a light variant that is prepared cold, with green parsley and green pepper, in addition to white wine and extra virgin olive oil.





2. We will cook the baked fish. In a tray we extend a sheet of baking paper and on top we have the gold fillets, watered with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, and also seasoned. We will bake for no more than 10 minutes to 170 degrees of temperature.





3. While the gold is cooked, we make the green sauce to season the fish. We wash the green pepper and parsley and chop it.





4. We pass the parsley and the green pepper through the blender, next to a pinch of salt, half a glass of white wine and a quarter of a glass of extra virgin olive oil.





5. After 10 minutes of cooking in the oven, we remove the gold to place our fish in green sauce.
