Cuscus recipe with Salmon and Oregano

Ingredients to make Cuscus with salmon and oregano:
5 units of salmon fillets.
2 tablespoons of dry oregano.
100 ml of mustard.
500 grams of cuscus.
Lemon juice.
1 tablespoon of butter.

2. Marinar the salmon fillets in the lemon, mustard, oregano and pepper juice.





3. In a pot add 700 ml of water and take it over medium heat until it boils, once the water is in point of boiling add the cuscus and let cook for about 5 minutes. Retire the fire.





4. Take the cooking cook even a pan over low heat with the butter and add a little salt and pepper. Suffere for a few minutes.





5. In a medium pan add a little oil, once hot add the salmon fillets and fry first on the side where the salmon skin is not adding a little marinated juice. Suffere for approximately four minutes.





6. Turn on the skin side and let fry for another 4 to 6 minutes. Take the fire.





7. Serve our recipe by making a bed with the Cuscus and adding each steak on top of it, in my case I decorate with pinions and a very simple balsamic vinegar reduction.
