COSTRA SALMONETES RECIPE

1 Preparation Cut the tomatoes and sliced zucchini.

Ingredients to make shoes in crust:
For 2 people ::
2 ud. Salmontete big
60 gr. butter
40 gr. breadcrumbs
20 gr. ground almond
1 soup spoon Petajil chopped
1 spoon soup thyme lemon
orange juice
salt and pepper
2 ud. zucchini
2 ud. tomato
olive oil
aromatic herbs

Ingredients to make shoes in crust:

2. Season them and place them in a fountain with a stream of olive oil and aromatic herbs.

3. Bake at 150ºC for 3 or 4 minutes.

4. In a container mix the soft butter, breadcrumbs, almond, parsley, thyme, orange juice and season it.

5. Remove the fillets from the salmones and despair them with small tweezers.

6. Salpimentar them and place them on the zucchini and tomatoes, and put a little of the almond dough.

7. 2 Cooking in the oven until the salmontes are made (about 3 minutes).
