For 1 people :: 1 Corvina fillet (350 grs.) 4 ud. OSTION 100 gr. Jaiva of (its crumbled meat) 100 gr. Marisco assorted (shrimp, clams, machas …) white salsa milk cream |
Ingredients to corvine the appetite´s:
2. season it with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Fill the crowd with the 100 grs of assorted seafood.
4. In a pan prepare the white sauce and add a whiskey lid, a little nutmeg and fresh cream until it liquefies a little.
5. troze the oysters and incorporate them into the sauce.
6. Add Jaiva meat to the sauce.
7. Reduce the content of the pan for 4 minutes.
8. To the pan now add the crowd stuffed very carefully, so that it is cooked in the sauce with its ingredients.
9. Then cover the pan and cook over low heat for more or less 8 minutes.
10. To serve, remove the crowd first fill in carefully and present it on your plate, then add the pan sauce.
11. Accompany only with a cooked potato as a suggestion and a good Sauvignon Blanc wine a little dry.
12. And don forget, the sea opens the appetite´s.
