Ingredients to make cod with Samfaina:
1. Market ingredients to prepare the samfaina, with a combination of vegetables that provide a balanced flavor to this Catalan dish, and that are completed with cod. We buy this white fish already desalted and on loins.
2. We start preparing the Samfaina. We wash and cut the onion and green and red peppers and pour everything into a pan with hot oil. Let it be pointed about five minutes, until the onion is golden and the somewhat soft peppers.
