Ingredients for cod with lemon sauce:
1. Before putting on the preparation of our cod fillets in sauce we must enlist the ingredients. Then, scratch the lemon peel and squeeze to reserve the juice and zest separately, also itch the onion finely.
2. We heat a little oil in a saucepan or in a thick bottom pot. When hot, we fry the cod fillets sealing on both sides. Once ready, withdraw from the pot and reserve.
3. Next, in that same pan we sauté the onion with a pinch of salt until it is well pointed. Add a little more oil if necessary. A few minutes we add the lemon zest and remove everything for a few minutes.
4. To finish making the lemon sauce, add the lemon juice to the preparation and let it evaporate a little. Then we incorporate the cream and mix the ingredients very well to flirt.
5. At this point we will put the fillets inside the sauce with the sauce and keep cooking over medium heat for a few minutes to absorb the sauce a little and have more flavor.
