Cod recipe with chickpeas and frozen spinach

1. We prepare all the ingredients to prepare our autumn stew. We peel the garlic, onions, tomato and chop all the vegetable in small pieces.





2. We heat oil in a casserole deep enough to make our stew.





3. Next we add the onion, garlic and laurel to make a stir-fry. Lets saute everything together for a couple of minutes.





4. When the onion begins to be transparent, we add the chopped or grated tomato, as you prefer.





5. We season our stir-fry adding the spices all together, the sweet paprika, the nail in grain and a pinch of salt. We continue to saute everything well.





6. When the sauce is at its point, it will be time to incorporate the cod. Continue then with cooking for 5 minutes over medium-high heat.





7. Then we add the spinach and mix well with the rest of the ingredients. We have decided to use frozen spinach, but if you want to make this chickpea stew with cod using fresh vegetables, you must pass them before through boiling water.





8. When frozen spinach gets rid of, as seen in the photo, we throw the cooked chickpeas. Like spinach, if you want to make chickpeas yourself, you can follow any chickpea recipe, such as chickpeas with vegetables, to check the cooking procedure.





9. Then, add some water to get the stew to remain more sooth and continue with cooking for about 5 more minutes until you check that the fish is made and the potato texture is to your liking.
