Cabracho cake recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make goat pastel with Thermomix:
450 grams of goat
250 grams of prawns
5 units of sea sticks
200 grams of liquid cream
1 fried tomato cubilete
5 egg units
1 Fish broth pill
1 jet of brandy

Ingredients to make goat pastel with Thermomix:

1. To prepare this original goat cake, we first have to defrost the fish (if frozen), remove the scales and the central spine, peel the prawns and dry everything well with cooking paper.

2. We crush fish and prawns at speed 5 – 7 – 9. Then we add rest of the ingredients and program 8 minutes at a temperature of 90ºC at speed 5.

3. Finally, we pour the cream into a crown mold and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, until we see that it has taken consistency. Once unmold we can accompany the goat cake with Thermomix with a pink sauce or with a homemade mayonnaise.
