Last Thursday when I entered the fishmonger, I didn know what I was going to do to try the salt, the gold were well priced at € 5.95 kg, it is the typical dish to do with salt, next to it there were some horses Beautiful about 420 gr unit at € 3.25 kg. I thought Im going to try. The fish is cleaned in casalimpia, the horse opens them through the belly, take out the guts and wash well. Leave them in a strainer so that to release the water.
3. In an oven tray, cover the tray with the fat salt, sprinkle above with the rosemary, thyme and thyme (I use it dry to pieces), distribute some lemon slices. Introduce the tray in the oven and let it be done one 20 minutes at 200 º. Calculate for each piece of about 400 gr of 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Check if they are. If you have thermometer click at the end of cooking if it is more than 70º you can turn it off and you can serve it.
