Baked mere gratin

Ingredients to make baked gratin:
6 slices of mero
1 glass of white wine
3 glasses of milk

Ingredients to make baked gratin:

1. The first step to prepare this baked recipe will be seasoning the fish. To do this, place the slices of mero on an oven tray and add salt on both sides.

2. Apart, cut the onion into slices and saute slightly. Then, cover the fish with the onion and bathe the tray with the white wine. Sprinkle with herbs and pepper grains.
