Baked mackerel recipe

2 potatoes
1 onion

Ingredients to make oven mackerel:

1. We peel and cut the potatoes and onion. Then, we put these ingredients on a torque tray Ahorno, we spray them with a little olive oil, sprinkle salt to taste and bake for 15 minutes, with the preheated oven at 180 ºC.

2. We chop the garlic and parsley, we introduce them into a mortar, we crush them and mix with a little olive oil and white wine.





3. When the potatoes are almost cooked, we take the tray out of the oven, place the mackerel fillets on top and we put the previous preparation of garlic, parsley and oil. Done this, we cook the mask in the oven for 7-10 minutes. The cooking time will depend on the type of oven and the size of the fish, so we recommend being pending to prevent it from overcoming.
