Ingredients to make baked with vegetables:
1. First of all, we are going to preheat the oven to 200º C. In a source suitable for the oven we put a splash of olive oil. We peel the potatoes, wash them and laminate them in not very thick sheets. We cover the background of the fountain with potato sheets. We leave slightly and add another small splash of olive oil on top.
2. We wash the zucchini well and dry it. We chop it into sheets and put a layer of zucchini on the potatoes. We salt and pepper slightly.
3. We wash well and dry the peppers and sheets. We put a layer of red and green peppers alternating colors on top of the potatoes and zucchini. We add a small oil drizzle. We place the source inside the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, with heat up and down to 200º C.

4. The lubina that we are going to use must be clean of viscera and scales, we will ask in the usual fish market to fix it, in this way we will avoid this step at home. We salt and pepper the inside of the lubins, although we can also do it on the outside if we wish. We do the source with the vegetables of the oven and place the lubins on top, just above the vegetable bed. Bake at 200º C with heat up and down for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the lubins.
5. We will serve the baked lubina dish with vegetables quickly, just get them out of the oven, accompanying the lubins with the vegetables. If they are large, we will put half of the lubins to each diner. If they are small, we better put four at the source, one for each one.
