Ingredients to do baked:
2. We peel and cut the slices of 5 or 6 mm slices.
3. We fry them when they are half fried but a little raw.
4. We drain from the oil and reserve.
5. In a baking sheet we have the bed in the form of a bed, add the onion on very thin slices and have the fish on top.
6. In an adequate mortar or container, we make a mashed or crushed with olive oil, salt, a spoonful of the breadcrumbs, the clove of garlic and a little saffron (dye).
7. We pour the mashed on fish.
8. We heat the oven to 180 ºC and once hot we introduce the tray.
9. We must check the baking and take out the tray as we like the cooking point, but care that we do not dry.
10. We serve the fish with the potatoes and onion roasted next to him.
