Ingredients to make baked fish with potatoes and cream:
1. We wash the potatoes and chop them without removing the skin. Then, we put them in a pot, cover them with water, add a pinch of salt, cover and cook until it boils. You can use the variety of potato that you like the most.
2. While the potatoes are precooked, we place the clean fish in a baking sheet, sprinkle the lemon zest, the juice, the paprika, salt, pepper and parsley to taste. We let the flavors absorb.
3. Once the potatoes begin to boil, we remove them from the heat, place them in the tray with the fish or in another, depending on whether we want fish with potatoes and cream to cook everything together or not. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the potatoes and add a stream of olive oil. If we cook separately, add the cream on the fish, and if we cook everything together we pour it on the preparation. Bake the fish at 180 ºC for 15-20 minutes.
4. As we have preocted the potatoes before, with this time it is enough. Now, if we do not boil them in water, it will be necessary to cook the potatoes in the oven until they are almost made and add the fish with the spices and the cream at the end of the cooking, since this product requires little time to be done. We serve the fish with potatoes and cream with an avocado, tomato and egg salad or with the ingredients that we like the most.
