3 loins of cod
2 medium potatoes
1 small onion
1 jet of white wine
1 jet of olive oil

Ingredients to make baked cod with potatoes:

1. We peel the potatoes and cut them into rather fine slices. The onion is cut into a julienne or cubes, as we like, since the cod recipe with potatoes and onion will be equally good.





2. To make the baked cod recipe with potatoes faster, we have chosen to cook the microwave potatoes, since they usually do in less time. To do this, we put them on a plate and leave them in the microwave, along with a glass of water to generate steam, for 10 minutes at maximum power. 3. When the potatoes are ready, we put them in the oven tray together with the onion and add a splash of olive oil.





4. On the potato and onion bed we put the cod. We salt and pepper to taste, add other spices if we want, a splash of oil on the fish and another stream of white wine to enhance the flavor. Likewise, we cut the lemon in half, squeeze it on the fish and leave the halves in the tray. The truth is that we have not added spices to the baked cod recipe with potatoes so that the dish has all the taste of fish, however, adding them is totally valid.
