Ingredients to make gratin cod with potatoes:
1. To prepare this recipe we will put the cod out of at least 48 hours in advance. To do this, in a wide bowl we put plenty of water and place the cod with the skin looking up (if the skin is down it will not be fallen well). We try to change the water at least every twelve hours.
Trick: If you use fresh, frozen or desalted cod, you don have to follow this step.
2. To start with the gratin cod recipe with potatoes, we put water in a casserole and put it in the fire.
