1. We gather all the ingredients to make the cod papillote with vegetables.
2. On a layer of aluminum foil we have sliced vegetables and salt and pepper. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven at 180 ºC.
3. We place the back of cod on vegetables and add the basil, pepper and a splash of oil. It is not necessary to add salt since this fish is usually salty.
4. We cover the papillote with another layer of aluminum foil on top and close all the edges. We put in the oven at 180 ºC for 15-20 minutes.
Trick: If the cod comes in thick pieces we will let cook 5 more minutes.
