450 grams of fresh tuna (preferably red) 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1 clove of garlic 1 pinch of ginger paste 1 pinch of salt and pepper 1 lemon (juice) 1 glass of sushi rice ½ glass of rice vinegar 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts (peanuts) 1 maturo avocado 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds sesame seeds |

Ingredients to make Avocado Poke – Poke Hawaiian:
1. cut the tuna into cubes and reserve a moment. To make the authentic poke tuna, the ideal is to use red tuna, however, you can also use another type of tuna.
2. Peel the garlic and crush it to mix it with the ginger paste.
3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and lemon juice, and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, and you will have the tuna marination ready.
4. Add the fish cubes to the marinade and mix so that the tuna is perhaps well from the flavors. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, it cooks the rice following the instructions of the package and drain it. If you don have rice for sushi, you can use the type of rice you have at home to make the tuna poke bowl.
6. Apart, heat the sugar with rice vinegar in a pan. Add a pinch of salt and, when the sugar has dissolved, lets and pour over the rice.
7. Peel the avocado, remove the bone and cut it into cubes or slices, what you like. Divide the rice into two bowls to start mounting the Poke Hawaiian.
8. Distribute the avocado in the bowls and, on top of the marinated tuna. If you prefer, you can mix the avocado with the tuna and add this mixture on the rice, both options are valid!
9. Take the Nori algae and cut it in very thin strips to place them on the tuna. Finally, sprinkle the sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
