Ingredients to make salmon tartare with avocado and mango:
½ kilogram of fresh salmon
2 avocado
1 onion
1 mango
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of mustard
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons soups of olive oil

Ingredients to make salmon tartare with avocado and mango:

2. To start, we take the salmon we clean it perfectly, removing the skin completely, we cut it into small cubes of approximately 1 centimeter on each side.
