Txaca stuffed egg recipe

For 4 people ::
8 eggs.
100 g of onion.
250 g of txaca (crab sticks).
250 g of tomato.

2. In a pan with little oil we fry the onion; When we are golden, we remove it and mix it with the crumbled txaka and the tomato that has previously fried.

3. We split the eggs in half in a longitudinal direction and remove the yolks.

4. Fill with the mixture and place in a fountain covering them with mayonnaise, and sprinkling them with crumbled yolks.

5. We can decorate them with red pepper strips and some chopped lettuce around.
