This tuna tortilla recipe was the first thing I learned to do when I put on a diet and I had to leave my carnivorous nature aside. I did not eat many vegetables at that time, nor did I know how to use them either, so my range of alternatives to the steak were well reduced. The nice thing is that it needs few ingredients (a pair of eggs and tuna) and it does not take more than 15 minutes, so you go out of trouble. Here I leave your own recipe, where I added a little more flavor. As for portions and quantities, I am able to eat the entire omelette, but it depends on each person, on their taste for tuna (I love him) and accompaniment. Worthy recipe from those who want to lose a little weight healthily, because it has a good source of protein and is low in carbohydrates.

Ingredients to make tuna and peppers tortilla:
1. Start by cutting in very small cubes the onion and peppers, or according to how much you like to feel the onion in the food, and put it to fry in a drop of oil until it is brown (although I like it rather burned , I love burned onion), withdraw and let cool.
2. Open the tuna jar and drain the liquid as much as possible because if it is very watery, the tortilla sticks more easily. Mix with fried onion and season at ease. Before adding the eggs, place the pan with a little oil to heat.
3. Mix everything very well and immediately pour to the pan already hot, to prevent us from sticking (it is a real horn and a frustration for every chef). With a spatula he is slowly taking off the tortilla and when you notice that it is already firmer, place a plate of the pan size back down on the tortilla and remove everything from the fire. Turn everything over and put the tortilla for the side that follows crude, be careful! I have several burn oil spots thanks to these nice tortillas …
4. And voila! You already have your tuna tortilla prepared to eat. I hope you liked it and that you are encouraged to do it. Bon Appetite!
