Scavated egg recipe with gratin ham

In a saucepan we throw 4 tablespoons of oil, two slices of minced ham. When everything is golden, we add the 4 teaspoons of flour, we take a few laps.

Ingredients to make scalfed eggs with gratin ham:
4 units. Eggs
8 units. serrano ham
200 g. Cooked pasta
2 tooth (s) garlic
1 cch. oil
1 cch. vinegar
1 vessel (s) water
1 pinch salt
1 vessel (s) milk
4 cchta. flour
2 Reb. ham serrano
1 ram. Perejíl chopped
1 cch. nutmeg

Ingredients to make scalfed eggs with gratin ham:

2. Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Add salt, chopped parsley and nutmeg, and keep stirring until thickened.

3. In a saucepan with water and a jet of vinegar when it starts boiling, the eggs are one by one and climb.

4. In a pan with a little oil we sauté two garlic cloves and saute the paste.

5. We put the pasta in a fountain, the eggs on top covered with some slices of serrano ham, add the bechamel on top and put in the oven.
