ROQUEFORT MOUSSE recipe

Mix cheeses and milk cream in the blender. Dissolve the jelly in cold water and heat it.

Ingredients to make Roquefort mousse:
200 g of Roquefort cheese or blue cheese
1 cup of milk cream
1 small cream cheese
1/2 cup of minced nuts (leave some to decorate)
1 medium grated onion
1 tablespoon of jelly flavorless jelly
1/4 Water cup

2. Add it to the previous preparation. Add the grated onion and chopped nuts to the cream. Put in a mold previously moistened with water or oil.

3. Introduce in the fridge, preferably overnight. Turn it on a tray and decorate with nuts and cello sticks. Serve with roasted bread or cookies.
