Ingredients to make scrambled eggs with zucchini:
3 eggs
1 white onion
1 calabazin
salt
pepper
olive oil
toast to taste

2. Cut the white onion into Julianas and brown them in a pan for 4 minutes or until they are soft.





3. Wash and peel the Calabazin, cut into slices and add it in the onion pan, add some salt and cook for 4 minutes.





4. In a bowl beat the eggs very well.





5. Add to pan and cook for 5 minutes, add pepper and salt to taste.





6. Serve and taste with toast.
