Recipe for gelatin eggs

For 4 people ::
1 on neutral gelatin
5 cooked eggs
4 tablespoons of jerrez dry
3 glasses of water wine
1 glass of milk cream
1 teaspoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of duff powder
1 1 lemon
salt.

7. Apart, make a sauce riding the cream with the Jerez, the mustard, the dill, the lemon juice and a little salt.

8. Unmold the eggs and place them in the center of the plate decorating with some vegetables and a little chopped cooked egg.

9. Serve the sauce in a salsera.
