Potato Toña Recipe

We gathered all the ingredients in the bol of the kneader and work constantly until we get a strong and smooth dough.

Ingredients to make toña potatoes:
For 8 people
12 whole eggs
750 gr. sugar
324 cl. 04º
1 lemon olive oil
1 kg lemon. Potato boiled and passed through the Pasapurés
250 gr. Fresh yeast
1,750 kg. strength flour
egg yolk mixed with milk
sugar

Ingredients to make toña potatoes:

2. We cut the pieces of the desired size, placate and let stand by covering with a cloth until it rises volume.

3. From the big ones, 150º for 25 minutes. From the small, 150º for 17 minutes.

4. We take 3 minutes before the end of cooking and, we paint with egg yolk and milk.

5. Sprinkle with sugar and get back to the oven to finish cooking.
