Poché egg recipe

We fill a pot with water, and in that same water we put the drops of half a lemon.

20 eggs
150 gr. of butter
perejil chopped
1/2 lemon

2. When the water is boiling, it is when we put the egg.

3. The egg is cracked on a plate, and gently introduced into the pot, through the inner wall of it.

4. In this way we will prevent the egg from breaking us.

5. The cooking time is about 3 minutes.

6. To accompany the plate, we can cut some potatoes on discs, fry them and put them around the egg.
