Pancer and bacon tortilla recipe

Boil to the potatoes without peeling and let them cool. Peel them and chop them or grate them with the thickest part of the grater. Remove the edge and cut the bacon into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion.

700 g. potatoes
100 g. Bacon in pieces
1 Unid. onion
4 cch. butter
1 pinch salt
black pepper

2. melt the butter over low heat, in a pan, add the bacon and onion, raise the fire a little and let it brown. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and bring to moderate heat. Go sprinkle with cooking juice and leave 30 minutes.

3. Press the potatoes in the pan, cover and continue cooking until brown. Then turn the tortilla with the help of a lid or a plate and brown a few more minutes.
