250 grams of oats (gluten without)
200 milliliters of milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of edulcorante
40 grams of butter
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon dessert of vanilla essence

Ingredients to make oat pancakes:

1. Before performing these delicious oat pancakes, the first step is to enlist all ingredients. In itself, oatmeal is a cereal that does not contain gluten, however, sometimes it can be contaminated during the production process and, therefore, if we want to prepare some gluten -free oatmeric, we must check the package and confirm that they are free of this protein.





2. In a processor, add the oats in flakes and crush for a few minutes until you get an oatmeal like the one shown in the photograph.





3. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, the egg and the milk. Beat all ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.





4. Add the essence of vanilla, the cinnamon powder to taste and the envelope of Splenda (sweetener). Mix very well and, if you consider that the dough of oat pancakes is too thick, you can add a little more milk, always in small quantities so as not to exceed.



Trick: If you prefer, you can delete the sugar or sweetener from the recipe.





5. In a skillet over low heat, add about 10 g of butter and a little of the pancake mixture. Cook oatmeal pancakes for 3 minutes on each side and repeat this same procedure with the rest of the mixture. Are you liking this rich oatsome pancake?

6. Serve the healthy oat pancakes one on the other, throw them with a little syrup, honey or caramel, cover with fillet almond and dehydrated strawberries (optional).
