Mushroom recipe with scrambled eggs

Wash the mushrooms very well, trying not to leave the ground inside. Cut them into pieces and cook them in water with salt and lemon juice. Apart with the hot oil and chopped onion, it is sauté very slowly when this transparent mushrooms are added, they turn and the eggs well beaten are incorporated with a little salt. It is turned around or two so that they do not dry out and withdraw. They are used accompanied by the slices of toasted bread. Serve the mushrooms in adequate casseroles.

juice of 1 lemon

salt
slices of toasted bread with butter
