2. the milk is heated until it boils, then it is removed from the heat and allowed to cool up to 70ºC (that more or less when a layer of fat appears above the milk and when putting the finger it burns excessively.

3. Then we pour the vinegar little by little until the milk is cut (it has to take the appearance of sour milk, with lumps), then we put in the fridge until it cools.

4. After half an hour more or less it is taken, drains, and let stand in a strainer to release all the water more or less 1 hour removing it from time to time to have a spoon.

5. When we are fully drained, we put it in some ines of those clay for desserts, cover it with honey to sweeten it and add the chopped nuts.

6. You have to vinegar until the milk is cut, but carefully not to avinage it much and that we have a strong flavor.
