Ingredients to make liege gofres:
1. To start with the liege gofres recipe, you must first undo the yeast in warm milk.
Trick: Remember that milk should not be hot, only slightly warm.
2. In the bol of the kneading, mix the strength flour along with a pinch of salt and another of cinnamon. Remove with a wooden spoon slightly.
3. Incorporates the spoonful of honey, the washing dissolved in the milk and the egg. Put the kneading hook of your kneader and proceed for 5 minutes until everything is well integrated.
