1.-Tomato is grown with a little water and salt, reserves. 2.-In a pan add oil and when it is hot the tomato sauce is added (if you want picosa, Chile Serrano is added to taste)

3. 4.-Before the egg begins to dry the tortilla through the egg, as if they were made in or entomatted, inside it is put the same egg and that is all.
