We cook the eggs in water with salt and vinegar for 10 minutes counting since it breaks to boil.

8 eggs 1 glass of tomato sauce 250 g of mushrooms 300 g of chicken hygaditos 1 glass of white wine 1 onion 1 lettuce 2 tablespoons of butter pars |

2. In a pan I fry the onion with butter and add the washed and chopped hygaditos.
3. Once golden, we incorporate the white wine, the washed and laminated mushrooms, the parsley and finally the tomato sauce.
4. Let cook all 25 minutes.
5. Then we pass this sauce through the blender and the fine strainer putting to salt.
6. We place a chopped lettuce base, on it the open eggs in half and sauce over.
