3 eggs
3 tablespoons of wheat flour

3. Add the flour and knead vigorously.

4. If you lack consistency to the mixture, you can add more flour, until you can form balls of about 2-3 cm. diameter.

5. Fry the balls in abundant oil, not very hot, until golden brown.

6. Take them out and place them on cooking paper.

7. Serve on lettuce leaves or parsley leaves accompanied by salty cookies.
