Egg scallopped recipe in wine sauce

The wine is put in a saucepan with the chopped onion, the crushed garlic, the aromatic grass that they like, thyme, bay, sugar and a little salt and pepper.

Ingredients to make climbing eggs in wine sauce:
1 bottle of 3/4 wine red wine
2 onions media
