2. Separate with a teaspoon the coral attached to the walls and pass it to a thick bottom casserole, better if it is of tinned copper, and make in it the eggs removing without stopping with a teaspoon.
3. When they start thickening, take them out of fire and keep stirring out so that they finish getting the heat they have taken.
4. They must be very creamy texture.
5. Put the casserole with the coral on fire and before it begins to boil, gently ride with the remaining butter (25 gr.).
6. Serve the eggs in the shells with the sauce.
