500 grs. of spinach 4 eggs 100 ml of liquid cream for/cook 50 grs. of butter at temp. atmosphere 100 grs. from ham serrano salt pepper to taste |
Ingredients to make eggs to the plate with spinach:
2. Then drain them, pique them and mix them with half of the cream and matequilla, splash to their liking and reserve them.
3. Then pique the ham in pieces and arrange them at the bottom of four mud caps and on it distributes the spinach leaving a semihueco in the center of each.
4. Add each of the eggs in the center of them (1 in each casserole).
5. Finally Rocie above the eggs with the rest of the cream and butter and target the baked casseroles, proclaimed at 180º C.
6. for about 5 min. or until the eggs are curdled (time will depend on the power of each persons oven) and then carry directly in the casseroles to the table.
