We put a saucepan with water on the fire and when it breaks to boil, we add a splash of vinegar (so that the eggs do not break) and introduce the eggs.

2. Let cook for 10 minutes, when the water boils again.
3. Once peeled and cut in half longitudinally, we remove the yolk.
4. We make a uniform mass with the yolks, the drained tuna, the chopped crab sticks and the mayonnaise.
5. Fill the eggs with the mixture.
6. We introduce 20 minutes in the fridge before serving.
7. We serve on a bed of lettuce that we will chop at the last moment before serving, and we can season the lettuce slightly with a little salt, vinegar and oil.
