Ingredients to make eggs stuffed with mahonesa:
12 eggs
4 cans from stamathe
mahonesa
1 can of peppers
green olive
fried tomato

2. Once cooked they peel carefully and leave in half taking out the yolks leaving 4 for the ornament.

3. The yolks are mixed with the atun and the tomato and the eggs of eggs are filled with this mixture.

4. They are put in a fountain and throw themselves with mahonesa above all stuffed eggs.

5. They put strips of peppers and then the olives.

6. The 4 yolks reserved above the preparation are passed.

7. A very rich meal for summer.
