2. Picar these last very finely and disrupt the yolks with a fork.
3. In hot butter fry the onion, making it slightly brown.
4. Add the flour and remove continuously, until you take a golden color.
5. Then pour the tomato and when it starts to boil add the celery, the English sauce and the Chile.
6. Let boil a few minutes over low heat, and then add the whites, the yolks, the white sauce and the fungi.
7. Let cook for a while.
8. When this mixture is well fried and seasoned, vert it into a refractory source spread with butter.
9. Sprinkle sodas cookies and spread butter pieces.
10. Put the source in the oven, at 250 C and serve very hot.
