Corn tortilla recipe stuffed with ham and cheese

Ingredients to make corn tortillas stuffed with ham and cheese:
1 package of corn tortillas
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
4 slices of cheese to melt 1 cucumber
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 lemon or lima

2. We chop all the vegetables of the pico de Gallo and, without dressing them, we reserve.





3. We prepare the tortillas. We can buy them already made or make them ourselves following the recipe for Mexican corn tortillas. Likewise, failing that we can use wheat tortillas.





4. On top of each tortita we put a slice of cooked ham, a slice of cheese to melt and a slice of mozzarella cheese. We cover with another tortita. Although traditional quesadillas are made by folding the tortillas on themselves, in this recipe we will make a different version.





5. We take a pan and grease it slightly with a little olive oil. Once hot, in it we brown the york ham tortillas and cheese for a couple of minutes on each side.





6. They must be a little toast, so we will have them over medium heat so as not to burn them and do them well inside.
