Ingredients to make cheese fingers:
1. We will start preparing the mass of the cheese fingers. To do this, place the 3 cups of flour in a large container, add salt and sugar (following the same proportion), butter and mix everything very well. Unite the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is.
2. Add cold or frozen water and knead until the mixture is not sticky and is compact.
3. Extend the dough with a deck on a flat, clean and previously floured surface. The dough is extended until it reaches about 3 millimeters thick and cuts in strips of approximately 2 centimeters so that the cheese fingers are perfect.
4. Once the dough of the cheese fingers is ready we have to cut the cheese. Use a white cheese, hard and preferably salty consistency and cut it in approximately 4 centimeters long sticks.
5. To make the cheese fingers, take a piece of cheese and with the dough it is turned to cover it, with a screw or spiral. It is very important not to leave any piece of exposed cheese.
6. Once all cheese fingers are ready, we fry them in a pan with very hot oil until the dough is brown. Remember to control the fire so that the pieces do not burn very fast. As they are made, we remove them and leave them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
