For 4 people :: 2 chard with leaves and stems. 100 grams of smoked bacon. 6 eggs. |
Ingredients to make chard tortilla and bacon:
2. Once cooked we drain them well and chop them again with a thinner knife.
3. Troce the bacon into squares and reserve.
4. Beat the eggs and add to the chard together with the scrolled cheese.
5. We heat the oil in the pan and sauté in it the bangle squares to later add the beaten egg with the chard and the cheese.
6. We give round tortilla shape and set the tortilla over low heat about three minutes on each side.
