2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
100 grams of wheat flour (preferably integral)
100 milliliters of milk (it can be vegetable)

Ingredients to make banana pancakes:

3. Add the essence of vanilla or cinnamon and you will have the dough of the vertitas ready. Put a pan to heat with very little oil, pour a little dough and cook the tortita over medium-low heat.
