Ingredients to make cheese with arequipe sauce:
50 gr Fresh cheese
1 unit egg
30 gr Harina
30 gr crumb of bread
50 ml milk
30 gr arequipe (dulce de leche)

Ingredients to make cheese with arequipe sauce:

2. Cut the cheese into stable sheets, pass it first through flour, then by egg and finally by bread crumb.





3. Take the cheese to a non-stringent pan and brown it on both sides for 5 minutes.





4. For the sauce, in a pot meal the arequipe with milk until you achieve salsa consistency.





5. Serve the cheese and cover with the sauce, consume hot.
