For 4 people ::
200 ml. of cream
4 natural yogurts
4 tablespoons of condensed milk
For strawberry soup ::
200 gr. of strawberries
1 glass of milk
2 tablespoons of strawberry jam
to decorate ::
rod
mint

2. Put the yogurts in a bowl, add condensed milk and mix well.

3. Incorporates the mounted cream and mixing.

4. Pour everything into a glass mold, cover with kitchen film and enter the freezer for 4 hours.

5. Clean the strawberries, chop them and place them in the American blender, add the strawberry jam and milk and crush.

6. Strain the mixture.

7. It serves in individual containers, at the bottom place some strawberry soup, on top of a pair of ice cream balls and decorate with currants and mint leaves.

8. Ice cream, it should not be considered as a simple treat, since it constitutes a very nutritious dessert that provides very important elements in a balanced diet, both in childhood and adulthood.
