Yogurt cup recipe with strawberries and mint

We make a strawberry puree, crushing 200 grams of strawberries with a little sugar (optional) and a few drops of lemon juice.

4 Natural yogurts
1 kilo of strawberries
juice of a lemon
2 dl of balsamic vinegar
100 g of sugar
mint fresh

2. We pass the puree through a fine strainer and reserve. We mix the yogurt with a spoonful of sugar. We wash and chop the rest of the strawberries, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and balsamic vinegar.

3. We let it rest in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. We place in drinks, first strawberries, on them yogurt, and above a little strawberry puree. We adorn the glasses with a little fresh mint cut into thin strips.
