200 grams of grated coconut (2 cups)

Ingredients to make white cocadas with condensed milk:

1. To start making white cocadas, take a pot or saucepan with sufficient capacity and heat the condensed milk with coconut milk. It is important that you carry out all the preparation over low heat to prevent a dark color from taking, since we look for a sweet as possible.

2. Then add the grated coconut and remove constantly. Once you observe that you start thickening the mixture, add the Glass sugar or spray and keep moving. To accelerate the process and make thickens faster, you can pour a splash of lemon juice.

3. When the mixture is thicker, remove the pot from the heat and form a tray or container with aluminum or vegetable paper. Then, grease with a little butter and shape white cocadas of condensed milk with the help of a spoon. The ideal is to create rather flattened balls, as if it were cookies.
